- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — your subscription is prorated and there is no lock-in.
- How is billing handled?
- All plans are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN), either monthly or annually. Annual billing saves roughly 16%. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- What counts as a property or a shop?
- A property is a single mall, plaza or complex you operate. A shop is any leasable unit within that property — retail, office or kiosk.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We run a guided onboarding rather than a self-serve trial. Book a walkthrough from the Contact page and we'll set up a sandbox tailored to your portfolio.
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise adds unlimited properties and shops, single sign-on (SAML or OIDC), full audit export, custom approval workflows, a dedicated success manager and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Pricing is bespoke — talk to sales.
- How is my data protected?
